Position Description : Provides administrative support to the Practice. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks which include scheduling meetings and keeping up with calendars, answering and directing phone calls, ordering supplies, preparing payment requisitions, opening, sorting, and distributing mail, coordinating maintenance of office equipment, maintaining confidential files, scanning, and maintaining documents and files, preparing meeting materials and handouts, and assisting in day-to-day operations of department. Regularly required to communicate with patients, staff, and medical providers. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Self-directed and self-motivated. Able to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette. Requirements High School Diploma/GED. Three (3) years of administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Additional Details: 8: 30 AM - 5: 00 PM - no weekends, no evenings, Key functions are answer calls, scheduling office visits (IDX) and or procedures. We are willing to train someone with a good foundation and ability to learn quickly.
