TEMP Community Health Nurse - 4 Openings (Queens - Seneca Avenue

The CHN would travel to homes in Queens. Some Homecare and Field Experience required. Mileage Reimbursed. A care for travel is a huge plus, but not a deal breaker if they can reliably use public transportation.

Seneca site Address: 11-40 Seneca avenue Ridgewood NY 11385

Hours: M-F 8: 30am-5: 00pm

Bill Rate: $80.00/HR

Contract Length: Undetermined - Indefinite need - Opportunity for this to be a Perm position

Their case load would be about 60-100 patients in total and in general 5 encounters a day.
