Job Description

-Client engagements and ensuring well being (observation of distress or none-wellness checks).
OFF Saturday / Sunday
-Client food serving
-Rounds of facility in its entirety depending on post and coverage. (Including fire safety rounds and ensuring unoccupied locked office/maintenance doors)
-Reporting observations of client behaviors and interactions that raise suspicion.
Addressing client activity that goes again policy, rules and regulations.
-Pack up of client property and documentation
-Screening and documentation of client and visitors entering the facility. Client wand search and property searching upon entry.
-locker searches
-Data Entry of client information into computer systems
-Log entries in Record logbooks, signing clients and visitors in and out of the facility.


All other related duties assigned by supervisor. Community Technicians are frontline staff of facility and wear all hats of job positions when necessary and authorized. They are the heart of homeless shelter programs and primary contact with clients.
