Responsible for accurately and efficiently answering and scheduling patient appointments. High volume appointment scheduling and phone calls. Obtains, verifies, and inputs all information accurately into scheduling system. Conducts insurance verification. Provides customer service to patients. Resolves patient inquiries or escalates them for a solution. Routes calls to proper departments. Performs all other duties as assigned by management. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Self-directed and self-motivated. Able to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Six (6) months of clerical experience.
