Daily on the status of the clients housing packet Report to Client/HRA to pick up checks Send urgent emails to Client/HRS to get updates on housing packets when there is a delay on approval Fill out ROI for clients accepted for housing Make sure each linked client has an active phone number while client is pending housing approval on a packet Escort client to new home. Advise clients to work consistently and under income guidelines for certain programs to qualify. Update and explain if client was denied, not accepted or did not qualify for a housing program or unit Express to client how important it is to meet with your case manager for every scheduled meeting After the client moves out, Housing specialist will continue to monitor or help client for 1 year Attend weekly housing meetings produced by Client online / ZOOM
