Hemeden Haile is the Associate Director of Recruitment at ProMed Staffing Resources. Hemeden has been working with ProMed since 2021, starting as a Recruiter and then progressing to Senior Recruiter before taking on her current role.
In her current position, Hemeden takes a holistic approach to recruitment that puts a premium on customer service and individualized attention. Prior to joining ProMed Staffing Resources, Hemeden worked as Talent Acquisition Recruiter at SHG Temp Staffing. She holds a double major from the University of Kentucky in International Relations and Political Science.
