Job Description

Hours 830-500, no weekends.
Bachelor's degree,
Preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. In lieu of a degree will consider four years of full-time experience in accounts payable, budgeting, and financial reporting/analytics.
3 years full-time experience in accounts payable, budgeting, financial reporting/analytics.

Works with department administrators in developing and managing the department's operating budget submission to ensure reasonability, consistency with operating trends, and compliance with budget guidelines. Prepares various budget analyses including: Managing the organization's key performance indicators and performance measurements at the department level for pediatric specialties. Interprets monthly department specific financial results (actual vs budget analysis), identifying trends as well as opportunities and risks in salaries, expenses, and overtime.
