Meet Jessica Lynn Swanson, the newly appointed Director of Recruitment for the Travel Division at ProMed Staffing Resources following her successful leadership of the Allied Health and Administrative Divisions. Jessica is a dynamic, detail-oriented recruitment expert with over ten years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technology and healthcare verticals. Her expertise also extends to sales operations, strategic planning, training, and development.

In her new role, Jessica leads the strategy for the Travel Division, focusing on training and developing recruiters, nurturing client relationships, and establishing standardized processes. She is passionate about empowering registered nurses and allied health professionals to pursue their career aspirations by leveraging her extensive experience to forge strong, supportive relationships. Jessica holds a B.B.A. in Business Management and Operations from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys yoga, traveling, cooking, reading, meditating, and playing tennis.
